I was just curious to see what your take was on how these guys did in the playoffs.

Luol Deng: Playing in only his 3rd postseason, Deng played through injury to have averages of 18.8 ppg, 5 rpg, 1.4 spg, shot 46.3% from the field, 73.1% from the line, and an abysmal 1-12 from 3 (though considering how he's not much of a 3pt shooter, I guess I can't be too disappointed). He did that all averaging 40.6 mpg. Good for him I guess. B+

Kirk Hinrich: Everyone's favorite player to bash (not in the media anyway). Captain feisty averaged 12.4 ppg, 4.4 rpg, 4 apg, 1.4 spg, 39.2 mpg, and shot 42.3% from the field, 50% from 3, and 71.4% from the line. His A/TO ratio was pretty good too, but I don't think that really matters a whole lot. Fred can't complain too much about his 3pt shooting this time I think since he shot 50%...though I guess he'll find a way. ;) That 4-4 game doesn't count right? Because then I think he only shot 33% and that can be bashed all over the place. :p C+

Derrick Rose: Ascending to superstardom. Averaged 26.8 ppg, 7.2 apg, 42.4 mpg (led league), had the most shot attempts to that point in the playoffs, shot 45.6% from the field and 33% from 3, 81.8% from the line. I'm feeling very confident about Derrick Rose's future as a legit superstar. A+

Joakim Noah: 14.8 ppg, 13 rpg, 1.6 spg, 1.4 bpg, shot 52.8% from the field and a surprising 94.7% from the line. Noah proved his worth in this series, and considering he had to match up with Shaq, I can't really blame the 4 fouls per game he had...especially in the last game. He averaged a double double regardless, something that should be commended. A

You can´t blame anybody from our starting lineup. I think they did a good and a solid job. If Hinrich had scored a little better we would have been able to win a second game. But that´s your fault clonetrooper. You didn´t predict a sucking Kirk loud enough! :p

Problem was our bench but that´s what I predicted. Warrick, Murray, Miller and Pargo all played under their level.

And JJ played way too less minutes during the season so you couldn´t expect anything from him.

After all we have to be satisfied with our Bulls team. They did what they were expected to do. Nothing more but nothing less.

I think you have Rose way too high. He showed why he can be a superstar, but really if a guy doesn't shoot threes and doesn't get to the line 45% isn't that great. A+ on potential maybe, but on actual performance I'd probably have to give him a B. I'd probably adjust Deng and Kirk down too, maybe a B- and a C?

Also you missed Gibson. I thought he was slightly disappointing, I guess he played well towards the end of the season which got my hopes up a bit. But he is after all only a rookie. He'll be better if he can be the first big off the bench next year. I'd give his playoffs a D.

Pretty much the whole bench gets a F. Brad Miller really couldn't hit shots which we needed him to do. Maybe I'll give Flip a pass because he at least had a few good stretches of play.

Idk...considering they were playing the best team in the league and how we're just a bunch of mediocrity, I'd say maybe A, B+, C is what I'd change it to if you wanted to be of a pure performance kind of rating. Gibson was pretty much nonexistent, so I grouped him in with the bench guys as a D-/F...which I also didn't put because I didn't really want to dwell on the negatives.

I'd say Joakim Noah was an A. Very impressive post season both scoring the ball and cleaning up on the boards. Derrick Rose probably a B+. I think his game was better than his numbers, but he just got screwed over efficiency wise, because the refs weren't giving him the free throw attempts that he should have had.

I'd give Hinrich and Deng B's. Hinrich really sucked at the beginning of the series, but played some really good ball later in the series. Deng was solid throughout.

I thought Taj Gibson did alright, probably a C. I felt that where we really got screwed was when Brad Miller was on the court. He just didn't play well.

Based on all the highlights I saw on the tv in my suite they did far better than i expected. Noah's coming a long way. I'd rather have him than Bosh any day. Derrick Rose wasn't that great though. He could have been better,
