Read the Mexican thread, then the hashbrown thread.

Anyone got a really good recipe? The one I have is pretty good, but looking to take it next level.

Wasn't there a big argument about huevos rancheros in another thread, that eventually got locked? Is this trolling?

I was thinking chiliquilles.

I looked at your recipe, seems legit. Inb4 that one guy comes in here and says his recipe for huevos rancheros is breakfast burritos at the mcdonalds drive thru.

The key to huevos rancheros: duh, first make your own killer ranchero sauce. Roast those peppers, bag 'em, peel 'em, dice 'em, drop them into the sauce.

Key #2: add chorizo.

Everything else falls into place.
