Deserves it's own thread.

Sourdough White, Rye, Buckwheat. All good. I love it. Sourdough and extra sharp cheese, crazy good. Fake sourdough(non-fermented bread dough with added vinegar) can GTFO.

Can we make this a bread thread? So, I cook for a living. Im not a short order cook. I am a fine dining and creative cook. But, I will admit. I am a simpole man when it comes to when I eat. I love bread. I fucking love it more than any other food. I will go to eat somewhere just for bread. You have great bread, I will come see you all the time. I do like a good sourdough but I am a huge fan of heavy bread. Good Italian or bread with good weight with some delicious butter is my favorite.

I am from South Louisiana (New Orleans region) and we have some of the greatest food in the world. But, a good bread can not be topped. I am a giant poboy fan, but Im not traditional New Orleans with the very light and also very choke able New Orleans po boy bread. I live me a bense but yet fluffy plus crispy bread. I have been to Chicago numerous times to see the Cubs and I eat at Harry Caray's every time. Why? They got some good effing bread.

That would defeat the purpose. Make a different thread. The food section is just beginning :D

I made a sourdough pizza crust, and it's killer. Almost gluten free, except to add some crispness to the skin of the crust. lol, crust of the crust... weird use of words.

The starter was just tapioca starch, rice flour, salt, and water. Let it sit for a day. Then I firmed it up with some whole wheat flour when kneading(before lining the pan). No yeast or sugar.
