Had we not won the #1 pick in 2008, we would have picked at #9. We'd end up with DJ Augustin or Jerryd Bayless in all reality, unless Paxson was dead set on drafting a Final Four guy still at that point. IN that case, we'd be drafting.....I have no idea.

I'm not sure I like many other top PGs in the NBA. CP3 is the probably the best but he has those knee problems. Deron Williams is over-rated as hell and Westbrook is just a chucker.
I'm just glad we have Rose, you can have all the talent in the world but if you don't want it badly enough then you will never win.

I'd probably pick, DWill, CP3, or Westbrook probably. Westbrook has the closest playing style to Rose's I think, but he shoots a heck of a lot more. I mean...who wouldn't pick another top tier pg?
I wouldn't be shocked if we had just kept Hinrich though. He's a decent PG, but we wouldn't experience much success imo.
