If the Bears finish with a bottom three offense and win five games, is Nagy fired?

You are stuck with him for two years. Probably three. Even if he sucks.

Nagy gets 3 years.

Pace has really started to come into his own as a GM and I am not interested in losing him at all.

It really surprises me how many people on here think offenses and QBs develop over night.

If he's Trestman 2.0, I hope he's gone after year 1. Lol.

I don't think he will be. The true test is... what did he learn after last night's debacle? I hope he learned a fucking LOT.

The offense showed that it will not be a bottom offense last night in the first half. They had issues with playcalling and execution in the 2nd half. Just stinks because it had to be against the Packers. The Bears are more talented than the Packers team, however the Packers have a HOF player that just has the Bears number (Bears have to close these games).

At that point he will be 33-15 and a Chicago icon.
