Regardless of the Bulls slow start- I'd still put the over/under on them at 55 wins this year.
The only way they'd get inside the top 5 is by dealing for a lottery pick...the only way they could conceivably do that is if they would deal Rose for it- which absolutely positively won't happen.
The Bulls could still get help from this loaded draft however IF the Bobcats wind up with the 11th pick, which the Bulls could take ownership of. If Gary Harris were somehow there...I wouldn't blink on taking him. He's listed at 6'4'', but he looks to have an incredibly quick first step as well as a long wing span (measured at 6'7'' from what I've read).
Harris sliding in at the 2, moving Buckets to the 3, letting Lu walk, amnestying Boozer, bringing Mirotic over and finding a way to get a capable backup big man would be an ideal off-season.....after we win the championship of course.
