If they win but the stupidity is on parade and the team looks like dogshit again.

Thing with Nagy's teams have been a lack of consistency stemming from a deep lack of identity.

It is possible (although less likely) to win vs. GB or lose but still get into the playoffs with Nagy's weaknesses still prevalent.

@Bearly is right I think in that it matters less if they get to the playoffs vs. if Nagy has truly LEARNED how to be a consistent HC and pin his team to a workable identity for future successes.

Assuming Pace is back - which I think Nagy/Pace are back for another season whether they make the playoffs or not.

Transition tag Trubisky - let the market set his price and cross your fingers it's reasonable.

Franchise tag AR. I just think they have to. AR is to good to just let walk and Bears need playmakers on offense.

Extend Fuller/Mack lowering their cap hit. Maybe Hicks too.

Release Massie. Re-sign Ifedi.

Assuming they re-sign Mitch - draft OL in Round 1. If they don't franchise AR - going to have to look at possibly a WR in round 1 as well.

That's the best I got. It's going to be an interesting offseason, but if Pace/Nagy are back I think this is the route they go because they aren't going to let their best offensive player go and rely on Foles/Rookie QB to save their jobs.
