Best diet in the world is to watch Hoarders. I was watching it one night when I was eating and couldn't finish cause some woman had three feet deep cat shit on her dining room table and wanted to keep the table. They found dead cats in her house and maggots all over in the fridge. One lady had a closet full of poopy adult diapers and they had to wear hazmat gear to clean it out. You would not believe the nasty stuff you see.
