I just had a short piece about the Bulls published on Yahoo!
It's nothing special for anyone here, but it was a safe piece to get

Only as a free-lance contributor. So it's pay-for-piece. This is my first.
Like I said, my next piece is about Super Bowl snacks, so I pretty much

Yup, Roy.
The only thing is, you have to pick from the assignments they hand out, and you don't get paid much, but it would be cool to have a group of writers from this forum writing on Yahoo!
They are always looking for local content for the Chicago area, apparently, so there is probably a topic you could cover. Anyway, it doesn't hurt to try, submit something. We all spend a lot of time writing stuff here, so why not put it on Yahoo!?
