The keys of this game pretty much revolve around:
-limiting open three-pointers for the GSW: man-to-man defense should limit Golden State in this area. Not a trapping man-to-man, like they did against NY (where the Knicks just kicked the ball to the opposite side of the court and seemed to hit it every time). They need to not be overly aggressive on defense, and let the Warriors try to beat you one-on-one. Force Andris Biedrins to be a jump shooter. And avoid the zone defense to limit offensive rebounds (another key for CHI) by Lee, Biedrins, and even Ellis, and Curry. Golden State will be taking their share of three's no matter what, and that should lead to some long rebounds, and easy run-outs, in transition, for Chicago.
-dictating a slower pace: GSW doesn't have a legitimate back-to-the-basket scorer. Lee is a jump-shooter and Biedrins is a Euro version of Tyson Chandler. Rose and Gibson thrive in the half-court style. Forcing GSW into a half-court pace will cause them to cough up the ball, and should lead to easy fast-breaks for the Bulls.
The big question mark for the Bulls is to control C.J. Watson; he can help the Bulls with his defense on Monta Ellis or Stephen Curry (as their former teammate), or he can get caught up in the Warriors' helter-skelter style of jacking up three's and forcing the fast break.
The Bulls should focus on that half-court man defense, and force GS to beat them in iso. and they should win this game.
