Haven't seen anything official yet, but Rose said he was going to play when they talked to him on Monday night after the game and Thibs said he was hopeful yesterday that he wouldn't miss any time, so for right now I'm thinking he will. I'll update though when something more concrete comes out.

I've watched a bit of the Hornets' games recently and I am really impressed with what Vasquez brings to the table. He is a great passer and can shoot the ball pretty well also. He'll be a handful to guard tonight. If Jack plays as well, the Hornets have a pretty solid backcourt and if Ariza plays up to his potential, those are 3 solid scoring outlets for New Orleans. When Gordon comes back, they'll be a pretty formidable offensive team, even Okafor inside has found some rhythm under the basket.

I'd prefer Rose not to be in a wheelchair come playoff time. There's no need to push him into the game if it's not necessary. If he's healthy enough, then he'll play. If not, I don't want to see him going out there, injuring something else & making it a more serious injury.

He is not a veteran.He is a 23 year old superstar.If he's not healthy I am with you.But if he can play he should be out there no matter there is no need.The only thing he gains when he is not playing is rust.

I'm looking forward to what should be another promising IGT if it's anything like Monday Night :lol: Even though their record suggests it, the Hornets aren't as shitty as the Nets, so it should be a fun game to watch tonight. Vazquez has been lighting it up since cracking the starting rotation, but he gets a real test tonight. Can't wait for tipoff!

Back spasms are nothing to joke about, just like he toe. If needs more rest, than rest him. We are worried about May/June not February. We have a deep team that can handle the hornets without him if need be!

YOU ARE WRONG Rose shoul get some rest if his back is bothering him especially if they are playing meaningless games like tonight. If I were Thibs I would let him rest for the rest of the week so he can bring his A game Sunday against the Celtics.
