Spending my valentine's day/night watching the Sacramento Kings was not what I had in mind this year. Oh well, let's get that W! Finally back at the UC!

I'd really like us to get some continuity going and have everyone on the court, but that seems like it'll be a pipe dream until the All-Star Break gets here. Oh well, we should have no problem closing out the game tonight, even without Rip and Rose. Bulls win 97-84

Well..King's arent a good team. Even without Rose, the Bulls should win this one. The more worrisome thing is our upcoming schedule that includes alot more games against playoff opponents.

The Bulls are first in the east at 23-7. 17 of those games have been against non-playoff teams in which they've won 16 of them. They are 7-6 against playoff contenders and are 1-5 in their last 6 against playoff teams (Only beating the Knicks..who had yet to be "Lin'ed") Every all of those games we've either been missing Rose or Deng. Over our next 20 games we play 11 playoff teams.

Suffice to say, it'd be nice to get the ball rolling, but we need to overcome these injuries first.

Not a surprise that Rose won't play tonight. I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't play until the weekend or even next week. So long as his back isn't hurting him than I am happy. We should win tonight, but you never know!

Yeah Rose sitting is not news at all. I fully anticipated him being out this game, as well as the next few. CJ's more than capable of holding down the point. And I'm sure the Kings will throw us a bone and turn the ball over like 35+ times tonight. However, the Kings played the Thunder really tough last week, and they even pulled out the W, so this team can do some damage when they pull their heads out of their asses. But that's hardly ever... so we should be in cruise control tonight.

They were on National TV, their only National appearance this year, & playing the best team record-wise in the league at the time. That effort won't be repeated tonight.
