The song remains the same, for the most part. Toews still out, Seabrook probably still out. Michal Kempny banished to the press box again for no apparent reason. The Stars? They've got guys hurt, too. And their goalies still suck. Two more points there for the taking against a divisional opponent. Go get 'em, boys.

LET'S GO HAWKS!!

Forsling has had a good string of games so he's sticking with him.

Idk who is in with the stars because they've had so many injuries. Oduya night still be out, Sharp has had a concussion ongoing, but Johns should play at least.

I think the D is just rolling with Rozy and Forsling. Kempny plays a little high strung/nervous/chaotic to where it impacts guys around him more than the actual errors he ends up making. Rozy helps the forwards advance smoothly in attack positions. Kempny looks like his perfect replacement that adds speed, and attack that off-sets risk with recovery speed.

Rozy is gone after this year, but probably nicked up too to where they are just resting him and keeping Rozy dialed in for after they trade TVR.

If Kempny has a bruise, give him a week or two and let the kids and Rozy get more work. If we are going to carry 8 until the trade deadline, (who knows...Forlsing may bring back a 1LW in a trade, which makes TVR a good fit to stay and be exposed to Vegas)...but my guess is one of Forsling/TVR/Kempny will be traded before the deadline.

That means Rozy will be next man up in the playoffs, and needs to keep his game in shape. TVR/Forlsing/Kempny can rotate 2 weeks of rest off with him, unless things come up for the grizzled vets.

Smooth landing. I'm wondering if all the early praisers that called Nill one of the best gms because the team scored lot last year are dwindling their quick praise into now quickly blaming his choices besides the 3 great trades he made.

Bold strategy to build a team without any real goalies, wasn't it?

My favorite teams
  1. Portland Timbers
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
Awesome game! Love to see things clicking as well as they can be with Toews, Seabs, and Dr. Craw out. Sweet goal by Panarin and someone typed IDDQD into Hossa's console.

IMHO that is doubtful. Right now TVR is the only D-man that meets the expansion draft exposure requirements. If they trade TVR, they'd have to sign Campbell (and likely lose him), or Rosival (who probably should retire) through the end of next season to be compliant.

Also, I don't agree with him much... but Hartman not getting an assist on the AA goal.... for fucks sake.
