Gasol no doubt is a terrible PnR defender, but Rose isn't doing him too many favors either. He's not fighting over the screen, giving the ball handler a ton of room to operate, and then he's slow to recover leaving Pau alone. I'd really love to see what a Noah/Portis front court looks like but that's apparently too much for Fred to handle. Either way, Fred needs to really consider having Noah and Gasol close out games.

Gasol was a good addition. No question about it. But they have never brought in a shooting guard under Gar/Pax have they? Butler came in as a small forward and went to SG because of a NEED there because they were idiots. Also, their silence is deafening is it not? Then again, Reinny doesn't give a shit. All he cares about is being the most profitable NBA team in the league. Lets bring in Garfield's Iowa buddy and write a shitty letter about Thibs also. Total classless guy and shitty team owner to boot.
