I'm loving the tone in their voices. Phil seems to utterly be in the man with a plan. I like this no-nonsense approach and the faith he has with many of our existing players.

Agree. Even if it turns out they make mistakes, its still better to be decisive.
Look at how JA fucked over Lovie by being indecisive. Every time Lovie had to hire an OC, he was in a lame duck year. Stupid as fuck.
