i would like to see a replay now. i was against it but seeing how bad calls are getting is not good. I know its prolly cause camera angles are better these days then old days but for PIT to lose like that was just wrong.

I agree I don't think the umps are any worse or better than they were before but the last few years have been some high profile fuckups.

Luxury tax, move to 3 divisions, wildcard, interleague play, making umpires MLB umpires as opposed to each league, etc. builds a pretty compelling case for him. Argument could be made for Happy Chandler with his one really big and important change, and some others as well. However, I don't have a big problem with that statement.

Plus he did allow replay expansion for home runs so that's a start. If the realignment thing goes through and they implement full-year interleague I think I'd be ecstatic.
