I may be wrong, but I think they are the only team to make both the Eastern Conference Finals and the Western Conference Finals.

I can't think of any other team that may have done it. The Warriors maybe? They were once in Philly and had Wilt. Then they moved to San Fransisco and then Oakland but made it against the Bulls in 75.

Yes I think the Warriors and the Bulls are the only teams to do it. The only thing is, I don't know how the playoff format was when Philly won their titles.

Still an interesting fact.

If you count the Warriors, then the Kings have done it as well. Milwaukee is the only team that has moved conferences and kept name/city in check with the potential to do both. The Bulls are the only team to make it to both, without moving. If the Bucks were to win a title, then they would be the only team to win from both sides with the same name/city.

Forgot about the Rochester Royals which are the Kings now. I think that's right.
