As a journalist, having a good phone is pretty big. I think I'm finally going to make the plunge for the upgrade to a smart phone with this.

And I thought I was the only one left in the world who didn't have an iPhone!

I'm not convinced that video calling will take off this time, people have been talking about video phones for decades and it's never caught on, but we'll see. If anyone can sell ice to Eskimos it's Apple.

I love and have a smart phone but I don't get how this is so much better than the other smart phones out there. Just a shiny package with an apple on it.

ps, i'm about 60/40 in favor of the evo over the iphone right now, (ive had my 3g iphone for 2 yrs) i'm incredibly tired of apple and i'm not sure that their OS can keep up with Androids, also I kinda like the idea of getting away from At&t. its ok here in chicago but its horrible in California

Pretty much. I'm about 2/3 done with my B.J. in Convergence Journalism.

I have the new Droid Incredible coming in the mail when its in stock in like two weeks This phones is without a doubt better then the old iphone but im not sure if it would beat this one. It does have a better camera still and has a 1 GHz processor im not sure how much faster the iphone 4g got
