ownership isnt going anywhere, so you can forget that one
so, that leaves the front office and roster as the things that can actually change/improve
i wouldnt get your hopes up about the front office changing anytime soon, though
roster just got a bit of a makeover this offseason. they will be tanking to keep their draft pick
