The Pack appear to be putting it together for the stretch run yet again. Although The Dolphins couldn't have shot themselves in the foot anymore than they did yesterday. If the Pack win out there's a good chance they make the playoffs. Next week they host the Vikings with their season on the line. If the Vikings lose next week and the 49ers beat the Raiders the Vikings drop to the 3rd seed and the 49ers end their season against the lonely Cardinals. The Vikings cannot drop to the 4th seed with a loss to the Bears the final game of the season and they probably have nothing to gain with a win. There's probably a good chance the Vikings rest their starters against the Bears if Aaron beats the Vikings on Sunday.

We'd be lucky to beat their backups at this point honestly, people who are hoping to tank don't realize how far this team is away from being half way decent again. I like fields but he hasn't shown me he can stand in the pocket complete accurate passes and our defense is terrible against the run and pass. We have a long road ahead before we are good again.

This narrative is so damn lazy and tired

Not really because the Vikings would still have a chance at the #2 seed. The Niners, albeit unlikely, would still have to win out to secure the #2seed. It’s doubtful but they do start a rookie QB who Shanahan is successfully playing hide the QB with.

We must be watching different games, im not saying he can't be good but I've yet to see him stand back there and accurately throw he's good on the run or when a play breaks down but he's very inaccurate more than not, I want him to be good he just isn't yet.

Not just lazy and tired, but stupid and idiotic.

No qb in the league is standing in the pocket and making accurate throws when their interior oline is composed of backups and practice squad guys.

When your center sucks at snapping the ball, and gets pushed back a couple yards on most plays, you aren't going to be standing in the pocket making accurate throws.

So what you are saying is you want justin to get hurt in a meaningless season? Got it.

No not at all, unfortunately most of our games this year haven't been meaningful. What I want is new owners who will actually protect our quarterback and give him time to develop, maybe some decent receivers.

What has his QB rating since week 5? 97
He also has the worst protection in the NFL in pass protection sets.
He's doing amazing considering he has no protection and receivers that can't get open.

The Bears OL is #2. I know this because Trevor Simien was throwing clean, crisp accurate passes within 2.5 seconds that resulted in either incompletions and 10points.

The Bears almost beat the Vikings starters in Minnesota. Granted that was with Roquan and Quinn. Point is though the Vikings have won a grand total of 1 game all year by more than 1 possession. Week 1 vs the Packers. We could easily beat their backups and it is a game we might even be favored in or a pickem.

The Packers still won't make the playoffs even if they win out as long as the Commanders win their final 2 games. Both home games vs the Browns and the Cowboys. Watson and the Browns look like shit so the Commanders should win that game. And then the Cowboys will have nothing to play for in Week 18 as long as the Eagles win at home vs the Saints this week which would clinch the East and the number 1 seed. I believe the Giants would also have to win 1 of their final 2 vs either the Colts or Eagles in Week 18 resting their starters. Packers have gotten everything to go their way the past 3 weeks so I can see why there is reason to believe these teams will continue to lose.

The Peckers are playing themselves out of a good draft pick and that's all. I'm actually thrilled to see them in contention because that will make the fall SO MUCH BETTER.

Not just that but this is going to give them the false justification that they can kick the can down the road one more year at hopes for another Super Bowl chance.

Not sure how he's 'sticking anything' to a bad team when he's already beaten (more like coasted past them) them twice and the most the bears can do is spoil the lions' season this weekend and help them. More of the bears sticking it to themselves if that were the case.

And even if the packers make the playoffs, how far are they actually going?

I think the Packers are shooting themselves in the foot and don't need any help. They have a chance to make the playoffs, Aaron doesn't look that good, will leave or get traded at the end of the season and they won't know what they have in Love, that's a beautiful thing. So keep on winning and have a big question mark with Love. best scenario for the Bears.
