Is Kmet better than LaPorta? He can block, long snap, and catch tough balls in traffic. LaPorta can’t do any of those.

Kmet is a bit graceless, and leaves some to be desired for a tight end. But incredibly talented as a long snapper! Should we start the Twitter campaign to send him to Canton as a special teams specialist?

I don't know but it's great to see the Bears get Kmet more involved. He's a huge target in the middle of the field for our rookie QB who can sometimes struggle with accuracy. We need to feature Kmet more in the offense, especially early in a game to get Caleb some easy throws and catches.
The two best QB's ever, Brady and Mahomes, had/have a dominant TE who they love throwing to. Probably not a coincidence.
