Is Melo the answer?

Obviously hasn't done much of anything in the NBA. Could the Bulls sign him as the last spot on the roster and would he 'get it' after being drafted, traded, released that he needs to start listening and learning to have a hope of continuing to get an NBA paycheck. Would seeing how Noah works on his game, having a veteran like Nazr talking to him daily help, could Thibs get something out of him? By year's end could he be a halfway reliable backup center? You just can't teach someone to be 7 feet but he's got that.

Dunno. I trust the staff on this one. Something is wrong with Fab Melo, but whatever it is exactly has been kept somewhat quiet because of professional relationships. Therefore is Pax, Gar, Thibs like him enough, then I'm all for it. He is better than Malcolm Thomas.

Lerch from the Adams family and Herman Munster are 7 footers.
That dont mean they could of or would of became good basketball players even with the best teachers....


Luke Schenscher and Dragon Tarlac never amounted to much.....They were 7 footers.
Fucking radmonovic was damned near a 7 footer.....Look at him.....just saying.
Fab Melo could just be a waste our our final roster spot.

Well guess it doesnt matter.....The guy occupying the last roster spot in the rotation is usualy a wasted cause anyway.....Okay, sign Mr. Melo..........Paxson will never sign or trade fo the real Melo, so this other Melo guy fits Pax's negotiating capabilities....should be an easy signing for him..:lol:

He's definitely got potential, but like Crys said, he's probably got something wrong with him. Echoing Crys again, if the coaching staff likes him and thinks he could be something, go for it, if not, probably best left for some other team to deal with.

It's important that this kid be a star. I'd trade almost anyone on the team to give this kid a chance. This is one that we need to take for the nation and future generations.

He's not good and he's not the answer to anything. He was nothing more than a shot blocker in college, no offensive game what-so-ever and he was a sub-par rebounder. No thanks, I'll take Nazr.

He should change his name because its an insult to the real Melo, Anthony.
