It's not some big mystery. Teams pretty easily can take Toews out of a series by being super physical with him, but it's often at the expense of laying off other players. I think that's PART of what we're seeing here. If I'm a Hawks fan, I take it all day long.

Right?! It does blow my mind that there's not someone on his wing to protect him. That happens to JT all the time. Thank god e's strong on his skates. but it's why I want LUCIC. The value of having someone to protect your man and free up some space for them to score?
