Well that was upsetting. The sky still isn't falling. Arrieta goes against Jake Peavy tomorrow.

wow Heyward is really doing shit

He really looked like he was coming around over the weekend and now he's regressed again. I don't care about the BA but he has to start take some walks and getting that OBP up or they're just not going to give him anything to hit.

Heyward is another guy that tries to pull everything. And he does that while they have the shift on him. Results in a weak ground ball. WTF.

I hate to turn this into a generations thing but what's up with modern players that are hellbound pulling the ball into shifts? They think they are Ted Williams and will get on base no matter what the defense does.

Heyward with his lack of power is a perfect candidate to hit opposite field. Alas, I think we are in for a season of Heyward tapping the ball to the second baseman
