I told Grimson i was so happy, that Id plot to get people fired. Well its begun. Im not going after people just because I dislike them. Im going after them due to nepotism in the workplace that borders and falls into discrimination. Also, for being extremely incompetent at their jobs.

The amount of disdain and the lack of restraint I showed in our departments communications book is definitely opcorn: worthy. Its probably comparable to a decent CCS pre-meltdown. I wonder what comes next. Whos melting down? Is it they, will they break or will it be me pissing on the floor as I storm out in all my glory.

Also, I wrote an email to the serpents head. I requested several concessions that were based on equality. I cant control their strategy, but my sacrificial pawn has been moved and the clock has been punched.

This probably wont end well for me, but Im too much of a man not to throw my **** and balls on the table and say, suck this.

Thats because youre a swell individual too. he just hate me too. MVP, MVP, MVP. Man all those fake ass rose fans the other night make me sick. It wasnt too long ago they all wanted to kill the man and go all racist on him.

Anyway, move 1 of my immediate super: I was told not to bully and target fellow employees. X basically hung itself with this move. I could go in to details on why X exposed itself, but this may become a legal matter.

Said super in question changed their tune in less than 24 hours. Super nice, asking for a meeting after the new year when the office officially reopens. blank says they think ive been mistreated and wants to get it corrected.

i said sure on the meeting. BUT also said i couldnt do it now, that i would get back to them in awhile. little does x know, when i arrange said meeting last minute, i will request the GM be present as a sit in.

Anyone ever watch BLINDSIDE. BLINDSIDE is supposedly based on a true story. If i was Oher, i would have been banging Sandra Bullock daily. Im not really a fan of hers but that southern could have be a very sleazy white ****** ***** with a couple of different choices in life really turns me on. I never knew Sandra adopted Oher. Interesting.

Its like watching a car crash in LITERAL slow motion. People like watching destruction. it reminds the walking dead they are still alive, even if its only momentarily. You can see where the out of control car is going to hit, but where the inertia throws this body after the initial impact is anyone's guess.

I will say this, Im actually preparing for this meeting like im going in for an interview. Ive done rough outlines of materials that need to be covered, worked on presentation flow, practicing speeches, etc.

While I will be destroying the super, my department, connecting departments, divisions etc in front of the GM, Ill also be using slight of hand. Ill be emphasising strengths, showing my firm ****, how i grip it, while also showing my fair nature and providing resolutions (better efficiency, productivity and financial waste reductions) to a lot of issues in the cesspool i call work. During this meeting to resolve grievances, I will basically be preforming an unscheduled, soft subliminal interview for my supers and other higher up positions. Mind you, I didn't request such a meeting in the first place, the super did. X didnt have to take the pawn.

Christ almighty, I despise office politics. Howev, they dropped the ball, fostered this environment and I am just a byproduct of their karma returning. I have no shame, nor any guilt. Im just a bully whos about to punch another bully and their entire family in the mouth.

Wish me luck, Ill update this saga when the time comes.
