Looks good, as a trailer it wasn't as awesome as TFA's, but TFA was the first Star Wars trailer in a long time.

If money was of no concern...I would have John Williams compose my funeral dirge.

It would be an absolutely Epic way to go out.

Morricone, Vangelise, or Zimmer. Williams rips off way too much of his stuff for me to have respect for the guy. Listen to Shostakovich's First Symphony and tell me Williams wasn't jacking off to that while writing the "Imperial March" (Vader's theme).

Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith is by far the best movie of the franchise. The others are children's movies.

Cool trailer.

I have said this same thing outloud on several occasions. Dude has written the soundtrack to my life.

I love Star Wars and I think that trailer was trash. Just saying.

I love people that STILL try and dog on Star Wars.

Then they justify why the Eagles are a good band.

Anyway, back to the trailer...

Put your nerd boners away. My guess is that nearly 0 of what we saw will make the theatrical cut.
Not sure why more films are teasing fans with footage that never makes the edit.
Perhaps the pickups for certain films are so drastically different from what the original script intended.

I had no idea Morricone was still alive. He would be number one on my list if I was actually making a movie, but not so much a funeral hymn.

Hans Zimmer might be a better option and much better composer, but Williams has a more personal sentimental connection.

And as much I do enjoy the Blade Runner score...I will pass there too.

The choice is based less on talent and more emotional. I grew up with those Lucas and Spielberg movies in the late 70s to mid 80s.

(Its my party and I will geek out if I want too)

Really? Im curious why. It got me excited to see the movie without revealing too much of the movie. IMO the perfect teaser trailer. To be honest though the star wars music is enough to get me hyped so perhaps Im too biased.

I hope it's better than TFA. That was a good movie until the whole " he's using the force, I can too" garbage.

Literally the music alone makes my hairs stand up. I love the series. I just think that trailer was far too much of a teaser and not nearly enough content to get me hyped.
