I saw that. It said there could be thousands. They need to dynamite that house or something. Who would ever want to like there except that guy from the Wild. Where the hell is St Patrick when you need him. It's kind of weird. I just told someone on here this morning that I had a dream about them having a big pile of snakes in their basement and that was before I read this.

St Patrick should be dancing them on up to Vancouver to the Canucks arena where they can be with their own kind.

So are a nest of brown recluses in the basement.

IF I was to live in St Louis ages ago, me and my ex would have purchased a house with plenty of those in the basement. The prior tenant at the time was an elderly woman that never cleaned up her house and trust me, it needed to be fumigated and such...

Of course, those spiders would have been removed for the obvious reasons before we moved in, but yikes... >.< Removing those and fixing up the house alone would have been almost $30,000. I wonder how much removing snakes would cost.

Luckily for me, that never happened, and I now have a nice clean place in Chicago to call home.

Something else I found interesting... JP Morgan Chase owns the property.... Snakes follow their own, apparently.

I was merely suggesting that snakes are far better than canucks.

I mean I'd rather have a snake infestation over a Canuck infestation

And I was saying that even a nest of brown recluses are better to deal with than Canucks... especially their fans.

Since we have moved into this house (Feb), my dog has gotten a hold of 4 Eastern King snakes. I am pretty sure she only killed one of them. I don't mess with them beyond throwing them over the back fence onto the golf course. Snakes are one of the few fears/phobias I have.

Are those great big snakes? Aren't your dogs tiny?

Kingsnakes can grow to about 4 feet in length, and yes both our dogs are "ankle biter" breeds, a Chihuahua/jack Russel Mix (hers) and a Rat terrier (mine)....doesnt mean they arent capable of being mean ass dogs, especially mine.

Your dogs are built to find vermin. The Terrier breed was bred for going after mice and rats. Snakes too. Hell, Guess how the Rat Terrier got it's name. Be proud of your dogs, as they are doing a fine job. And reward them well.
