Are the Bulls trying to outsuck the Bears when it comes to the draft?

they did pretty well in the draft thus far. The only glaring mistake that i can think of was the tyrus pick. JJ was a miss, but taj and asik were golden.

I'm not sure if it counts, but sending away hinrich's contract for a low pick was a brilliant move. The knicks had to give away 2 first rounders and a decent pick in hill.

Sending JJ down is a precursor to a trade. The only reason they would send him down, is to get more cap room, otherwise they are paying one way or another.

It's a great move, why do you want him on the bench when you have Scalabrine doing a much better job in that role? Maybe he'll develop in a year or two and can become trade material.

I have trouble believing he's every going to be anything in the NBA. Too much of a fringe, no real position, skills don't really match his body, etc.

Wake beat Duke a couple seasons ago and I swore we would have the last laugh. :kick:
