OK, I know it was a blowout but don't throw the ball away like you did there at the end. Just keep playing like a pro. Show everyone you are a top flight QB. I know the line could be better and you could have better WRs but good QBs don't make excuses, the make smart plays.

Sadly, I had to work and missed the game. However, glad I worked when I checked on the updates... But from what I gather, He tried to force a comeback, and understandable considering the score at halftime. But yeah, gotta agree he shouldve remained his posture regardless. Still, he is our best chance at going all the way. And quite optimistic that eventually, we'll get there with his help. And the 1st improvement is he at least can snap the ball without funbling it :)

Oh, I'm fine with him as our QB but if he's gonna win us Super Bowls he needs to start playing like a champion even when his team is blown out.

Oh yeah, completely agree. Though without inside knowledge, I wonder if our coaches put the pressure on him to make bigger plays, or did he decide on his own? Regardless, keeping cool under incredible pressure, whether from score or defense, is indeed the mark of a true champion. I give the guy props at the beginning of the season with no protection tho. Hes kept at it the best one could. But on a side note, didnt mean if it sounded like I questioned faith in Cutler with ya.. That was just my opinion :)

Jay Culter has improved a lot during this season. He got long way to go as quarterback for bears. We should use the patriot game as learning experience for bears team to work their mistakes. This would help Jay Culter to becoming better Jay Culter to fix those mistakes.

People expecting a dramatic change in Cutler are probably going to be disappointed. You usually are who you are as a quarterback your third or fourth year as a starter, and he's now in his 5th. He's going to be a high risk high reward type for the rest of his career.

What can be changed is the offense he works in. If the Bears weren't division winnings the cries for Martz to be fired would be deafening. His offense has been terrible. 30th ranked in total offense as of today. That means he's a few steps behind what Ron Turner was doing. Put Cutler with a competent OC and perhaps you'd see a marked improvement in the # of mistakes made. As for Cutler, he is what he is and that's what he will be.

I'm not a fan of the Martz offense. I don't think it fits this team. I think they need a smashmouth run offense with some play action. I also think they need better personnel. But my guess is they'll keep Martz for another year. That said, Cutler needs to perform better. I know he's a gunslinger type but he threw the ball away like it was trash toward the end of that game and he can't do that no matter what the situation.
