Pep Hamilton is a favorite among teams right now due to his work with David Mills.

O'Brien sucks. I watched every game of his Texans tenure. He does not adjust at all to his player's strengths or weaknesses. It is his scheme and there is zero flexibility. The only time in his entire Texans tenure that he showed any flexibility was Watson's first season when Watson didn't know the playbook so they had to cobble together plays that Watson knew and was comfortable with before he tore his ACL. Hilariously, it was the best O'Brien's offense ever looked.

Just say no to crappy O'Brien.
