A new coach in New York: Jets are hiring former Lions defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn as their new head coach, per sources. The former Jets 1994 first-round pick, who became a personnel scout for the team, now is becoming their head coach.

As stupid as Woody Johnson is and the fact his teenage kids are influencing his decisions, I'll be surprised if he makes it to year 2 if next season isn't an immediate improvement. No QB, bad ownership and first-time head coach - seems like the perfect setup for a firing after a single season.
