The ACLU and CAIR are already bitching about the unlawful assasination of US citizens.

I'm so bored of terrorists already. I think they will give up terrorism when they realize no one gives a shit anymore. Us killing them and them blowing shit up is barely news worthy anymore. I remember in 04/05 the top news stories were almost always terror threats troop losses, terrorist leaders killed etc etc.

I seriously think the terrorists undoing will be people simply not giving a shit if they terrorize anymore.

As long as it's a 12345678654 billions dollar industry, people will always give a shit.

IMO, the second he embraced Al Queda and or any terrorist dogma, he became an enemy. I get where the ACLU and their ilk are coming from, and the concern of where should it stop, and I do believe that it sets a precedence.

However, he knew the risk of death the second he became what he was. Either from us or from the very group he joined.

**** him, and **** the ACLU and CAIR. Our military is sworn to protect our country from ALL enemies, both foreign AND domestic. Correct? A terrorist and enemy of the state is our enemy, regardless of his nationality or citizenship.

Foreign and domestic is correct. Why weren't these groups up in arms when I was doing anti-drug missions in Central and South America and it was not too unusual to find a US citizen among the dead?

Not to mention the fact that during WW2 there were numerous cases of American citizens of German decent fighting in the Nazi army. And I'm sure that many were killed by our troops during the war. Now if they blew this guy up with a missile in Missouri then I would object. But not in a foreign country involved with a group responsible for the deaths of 13 US soldiers at Fort Hood.

Apparently they bagged 3 dirtbags with that strike, although only the one has been arrested twice for pandering (that we are aware off). Another dirtbag was apparently captured in Yemen recently.

Another reason why RP is unfit to lead our nation.

I am not saying it will happen. This idea of "It's wrong to assassinate US citizens" thing has nothing to do with this guy. I am sure even the ACLU thinks the world is a better place after this guy got greased.

The thing is, really you shouldn't start making exceptions for these kinds of things.

The Question is, if the government deems it ok to kill this citizen, when else will they deem its ok to do so.

It has nothing to do with a pity party for this guy. You apparently have faith the government will do the right thing. I have faith the government will do the wrong thing whenever possible.

Seriously, why not just kill first ask questions later for every american citizen accused of a capitol crime? That is the example this is setting.

So, if an American went to Vietnam in the 70's, put on VC clothing, grabbed an AK-47, lived with their troops and then took on combat missions against us we should arrest him and bring him back to the U.S.A. for a fair trail?

If it's Jane Fonda, sure. Bridget Fonda circa Point of No Return, absolutely not. I'd hire her to kill the bad guys(Pursheeple).

But what allowances does the Constitution make(Not so purple)?

I think we are in the same boat on this.

Glad he was taken out, and he had it coming. I have no problem with his death.

However, the precedence this sets to me is a little unnerving.
