Long before he wore number 45 Jordan wore number 12 without his name on the back.

Here is the rare "Number 12 game" from when Orlando was in its infancy. I thought this was gone forever!

I always loved seeing Jordan go against Reggie Theus becaused he hated him (Theus used to date Jordan's ex-wife when Theus played for the Bulls in the early 80's). Usually Jordan would go for 50 every time those 2 met up.

And what's with Scott Skiles!? He seemed to have 67 points! He couldn't be stopped!

I always love it when bad teams just happen to catch a good team tired during the season and act like they're a good team when they beat them.

I think the story is that his jersey was stolen on the road trip.

I have the card with him wearing #12. It's a 1990 Hoops Sam Vincent card. Jordan is pictured wearing #12. The only way a Sam Vincent card was worth 2 bucks. lol.

Yes, Jordan's "23" was stolen in Orlando just before the game and all they had was a blank "12."

Yes! I had that same Sam Vincent card when it came out! Who ever thought that a Sam Vincent card would be worth 2 bucks! You might remember the Harold Miner Fleer Ultra rookie having Jordan in the picture and it being worth more too.

Good memories.

That game was terribly officiated as well. Kobe has historically gotten BETTER treatment than Jordan. He got ridiculous calls as early as year 3. Jordan was 6 years in and was getting pushed around by the refs here.

Haha wow. That's pretty crazy. A jersey stolen right before a game...
