I have no idea what happened to my juicer thread(I did indeed search for it), but anyways I'm here to give my 4 week update.

I'm down 8lbs to 176 and I'm pretty happy overall about that. I've mostly cut out red meat and anything that has sugar in the first 4-5 ingredients. I have a fruit juice as my first snack, usually around 8-9am. And try to eat every couple hours or so, but in smaller portions. My fresh fruit and raw veggie intake has gone up 200% in the past 4 weeks. The best of all is I rarely feel the need to over eat. I've also switched to almond milk, switched my whole wheat bread to a flax seed bread. No more mayo either, I've substituted it with hummus and when I eat out I go to subway ... NO SAUCE!

I feel so much better overall and I encourage anyone to try and make the healthier choices with your food consumption, it's amazing how much your body and mind will thank you!

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago White Sox
  1. Chicago Bulls
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Nebraska Cornhuskers
  2. Villanova Wildcats
Last three weeks I've started my morning with a juice - more veggies than fruits.

I've hit the crossfit pretty hard as well. Not sure my weight bc my scale is literally broken (insert joke here), but I imagine I'm down a few pounds. Need to start running again, but that's on the weather.

Where the hell can I get flax seed bread?

Also, I've heard REAL mayo is okay (better if you make it yourself)...though your hummus substitute is fine.

It's from "country time" here, but they have a variety other "whole" breads and they are pretty awesome actually!

Right now my favorite sandwich is roasted turkey breast with spinach, lettuce and cheese with a garlic hummus spread a country time bread.

Edit - flax seed bread is probably a wrong way of wording it, it includes flax seed in my whole bread.

Ah okay...I know people who are on the Keto diet try making flax seed bread. Most of the time they say its awful lol.

Who would make a juicer thread on a football messageboard?!? Oh, nevermind, it's run the ball. Carry on!
