The Royals are young. Not a joke. I bet they have a good 5-6 players on their team that you would take on the Cubs in 2 seconds.

If the Royals prospects all pan out, they will be legit WS contender for a long time IMO
For as much shit Dayton Moore gets, he's built an amazing farm system. Moustakas and Montgomery aren't far from the majors. But I have no idea why Aaron Crow is in the bullpen...

KC has one of the best ballparks around. You will have a ton of fun there.
Tickets are always dirt cheap, so you can probably spend 10 bucks and sit in the lower bowl. Also, you can stand in right center field right in front of the fountains for the entire game if you want.

The Royals aren't going to be the pushover they've been in recent years, as shown so far this year. While they may not be contenders this year, they'll be competitive.
