So im on twitter a lot, with CCS opened as well, now that im back. Sure enough I just #whitesox and see what it is going on, and see Whitesox fans pissed off because we traded edwin jackson because of how he pitched against the cubs in his debut. WTF? is wrong with people these days? Now there are blaming KW for that. OMFG.

There are always some fans complaining about everything.

I know someone who got pissed that Castro moved Theriot to 2nd base because that would ruin Theriot. :lmao: This solution: Give Castro to KC for nothing. :obama:

But ya... fans ***** about everything. Even when the Cubs released Silva. :shifty:

KW deserves to be bashed and canned on EJAX, but it has nothing to do with how EJAX pitched for the Cards

My thought on pitchers (excluding the Randy johnsons and Roger clemons, etc) is that it's not just about how good of a pitcher they are, but the environment they're in. For example, put-it-in-play pitchers don't do well at the Cell, especially in the summer because it's like a freaking launch pad (the fact that MB is consistently good proves just how good of a pitcher he is (the no-no and perfect game are pretty good indicators too. ;))).

EJax, while good, wasn't a good match for the Sox.

I think most people are pissed because EJax has been way better than Peavy. Most people don't understand the contract/money/business situation and why KW would move EJax instead of Peavy. In other words most people making the comments are meatheads.

i overall like EJax, but think hes more suited for the NL. He has an arm, and I would have like for him to reach his potential and be a top of the rotation guy with that arm of his, for us, but it didnt happen.

Edwin Jackson will win at least 19 games next year under the watch of Dave Duncan and the Cardinal Way.

If Kenny is gonna be bashed about anything that has to do with EJax it should be that he traded one of our top pitching prospects for him.
