The Cubs number 50 draft pick who a SS (moving to 3B if he signs) drafted out of my high school (I'm currently attending)! Downers Grove North!

Don't know him though, i was a freshman and he was a senior that just graduated.

You go to North? I am a proud DGN alum (or alumnus, whatever). Is Mr. McDonald still teaching math there?

In other news, I played travel baseball with 12th-round pick Phil Wunderich, and played varsity baseball with Kevin Tokarski, who should be drafted next season out of ISU.

Never heard of Mr. McDonald, but I'm only going to be a sophomore, so IDK

Oh ok. He taught advanced algebra, trigonometry and stats when I was there (class of '05), and his wife taught English or something.

I got A's without trying in every class as a freshman, so a harder class would just be better for me I suppose.

So your smart? I did not trade in HS but passed easily but did not want to make it harder on me.

No, I'm Special person, lol. I guess you could say that, I just comprehend everything super-easily and remember the important stuff. My expertise is only in thinghs I actually like though, like the history of baseball.
