Just sat next to this guy on a flight

Very personable and engaging. We talked from San Antonio to Houston and down the concourse to the security exit.

The funny thing is I didn't want to bug him but he just kept the conversation going.


My son is a huge science geek and wants to study physics so I have watched some of his shows on the cosmos.

I've never watched his TV show, but I've listened to him on the radio. Very intelligent and entertaining guy. I've been meaning to buy one of his books, so this is a good reminder to get on it.

Funny but religion did come up. The fact that in god we trust on money and God in the Pledge of Allegiance weren't there originally and were added in 1956 and 1892 respectively. We also talked about how religion has always had a "if you arent with us you are against us" mentality. Mosses even ordered the death of 3000 non believers when he came down the mt with the tablets and found them worshiping other idols. Neil (i call him that) also told me about the Jefferson Bible which I hadn't heard of before.

So yeah, Brett and Neil would have a ball.
