The Blackhawks continue their victory tour by bringing the Stanley Cup to NBC's "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" on Monday night.

Patrick Kane led the team on to the stage at the end of the nightly monologue holding the Cup over his head. Following close behind was the Conn Smythe winner Jonathan Toews, Brent Seabrook and Duncan Keith.
"It was pretty unbelievable," Kane told Leno on scoring the game-winning goal. "I think it's every kid's dream to actually do that and I think I was the only one that probably knew it went in at the time, but it was pretty exciting and we won the Stanley Cup. It's a great feeling to bring the Cup back to Chicago."

After reliving some playoff moments, Kane, Toews, Seabrook and Keith sat in with music director Rickey Minor and The Tonight Show Band for the remainder of the show.

A longer interview with Leno and the Blackhawks will be available here tomorrow morning.

Forgot to watch, and it looks like I once again have no reason to watch Jay Leno.
