I'm on a real health kick recently, my last 2 weeks have been my healthiest food wise in a VERY long time and I feel awesome. Anyways, watching YouTube videos I stumbled upon this advertisement and decided to check it out. I'm no expert, scientist or whatever, I'm just trying to get healthier and their video @ keybiotics.com was long but god damn pretty convincing.

Anybody use these? Heard of them? Am I crazy or did I just get "mind bent" by advertisement?

When it comes to holistic supplementation, you'll waste your money on a lot of stuff if you don't know what it is that your specific body is lacking. Careful not to get into a routine of throwing shit against the wall to see what sticks. Especially based on claims by a first party. Just off the top of my head, raw yogurt and fresh papaya provides a lot of the same 'balancer' benefits as the macro of ingredients in the Keybiotics product(I didn't bother watching the video, sorry). If you're really worried about some kind of negative parasite, cod oil and green hull black walnut extract do work for different parasites, and will act as a placebo if you're trying to treat a problem that does not exist in the first place(again, more throwing money away to see what works).

I hate sauerkraute, I really do.

I don't want to waste money, this is why I was asking around here to see if anybody had any experience or what not.

And the juicer ended up being awesome for me, it helped me focus on food again. I wouldn't fast or anything, but I'd recommend it to anyone that wants to increase their veggie and fruit intake.

I feel bad for people that are ill with cancer and shit, not someone who doesn't like the same food as me.

wow, that's a buzzkill bro. I'm ill with "shit" and don't even read what you're writing right.

I had an honest question, if you have nothing more to add, then your smart ass is no longer needed .... Brah

If you are really interested in micronutrients and shit you should just go get your bloodwork done.

Unless you have some specific deficiency, as long as you eat a balanced diet, you should be just fine.

Also, if you are worried about your stomach flora, the best thing to do is not use anti-bacterial soap ever.

Most people don't realize that the dry weight of the bacteria living on and in our bodies is greater than the dry weight of our bodies themselves. And its a good thing.
