How you do ya; Johnny Oduya showed the defensive core how to wait for a lane to open before shooting the puck against the Rangers…did you take notes Keith? Also Kane and Hossa are still looking good playing together with Kane centering the line and Sharp looks good no matter who he plays with. Will these good attributes translate to win against the L.A. Kings; note, the Hawks have failed to score against the Kings in their last two meetings. The Kings come into this game scratching and crawling trying to push their way into a playoff spot but the Hawks and Emery will be poised to keep the Kings down below the playoff line. GO HAWKS!

Ahh the Queens.... Ugh... Hope Quick/Bernier don't play us well like they have... *sigh*

Unsure about the result on this one... I hope the Hawks kick the living crap out of the Queens, though.

If the Kings score more than one goal (not likely) then good luck.

Another interesting stat for tonight's game to think about and found it on the Kings' site ---

Quick is 1-4-1 with a 2.66 GAA in six career starts in Chicago and 4-9-1 with a 2.39 GAA in 14 overall matchups.

If tradition continues, we could see a huge win coming our way.

I am hungry for a big win with a big margin. Not this one goal game BS, please. And Hawks better play hard and show some effort.

I have no idea what to expect. Both teams have been weird this season. For la it always comes down to quick. Kopitar is on a streak and carter is scoring now that he has settled in.

If penner scores we lose...that much i know.

Im getting different start times for this game. Some sites say its a 4 pm start and some say 5. Whats the deal?

If its 7 here, it will be 5 there. I'd go by that.

I agree with what IHF & Maiden said at the Rangers post-game thread.

Why isn't Hayes playing with Kane & Hossa? He deserves more time on the ice. 1 goal in (approximately) 30 games should not earn Brunnette a spot on that line while Hayes is getting 4th line minutes. Hayes would also look good in front of the net on the PP.

Q, are you listening? Q?

Totally agree with the three of you. It would be nice to have Hayes' toughness on that line too. Might help prevent or at least enforce some of the liberties taken against Kane.
