He very well could be non-tendered this offseason. I hope they do and make Castillo the backup, he can hit above the Mendoza Line.

Koyie Hill hits for a low average and Castillo will hit for a average more acceptable. Koyie Hill can't hit and he can't hit for a mark about the half way point.
I hope this helps a little, I'm not good at explaining stuff. Maybe USC will help if I missed something.
