He's a good backup who is a good defender and has a nice mid range jumper. He's also good in the locker room and he's a leader. He's old, but it's really slim pickings now in FA especially for big men and I like this move.

Kurt was their #1 target after Brad to fill in the experienced C role.

Aww damn, would have been nice if Kirk and Vinny were on the team, just for 1 second, to hear Vinny confuse himself in an interview about the Bulls.

LOVE it. Kurt Thomas will be able to be very effective in the minutes that Noah sits. And his 10 foot jumper is money. Great defender as well. All Bulls' fans should be THRILLED about this... much better option than Miller, imo.

Kurt should be better than Asik when FT shooting. Asik is horrendous (30% Ft shooter)

Kurt Thomas is a 15 year vet, and plays great defense. He averaged like 14 and 9 at one point with the Knicks. He can hit the open mid-range shot and was key on the Suns defensively and then the Spurs.

He plays smart, that's why he's able to contribute even at his age. Don't expect an all-star, just a solid situational and mentor.
