my question is-- hes vague about "shuffling" the decks- apparently there's no "blow it up!" in KW's future but it looks more like bringing kids up from the minors and/or trading for young talent......

I cant take full credit for it- Patrick and I was ho-humming around for like 45 minutes trying to figure out which hawkism I should use and finally settled on this one haha

yeah but if you read the article- the problem as kw says is "economic" ,.... which im taking to mean 1 of two things

1) hes gonna get rid of peavy and/or rios and free up the big contracts..

2) he doesnt want to "blow it up" because hes afraid that fans will stop watching/going to games, buying merchandise, etc. by getting rid of "fan favorites" he probably feels like he's essentially going to lose fans and income... which in all probability he actually might.
