My day was not this good... I did get some riding time on the motorcycle and a nice dinner with the girlfriend so no complaints though.

My labor day was uninspired, but Sunday was awesome. Went out to a buddy's yearly shindig in Dixon. We smoked 18 racks of ribs, 36 lbs of brisket, and 32 lbs of pork butt for pulled pork sandwiches and additionally grilled some shrimp, dogs, burgers, and steaks. Of course copious amounts of beer was consumed as well as apple pie shots (everclear aged in jars with nutmeg, cinnamon, and some other shit my buddy won't disclose then mixed roughly 65/35 with apple juice [liquor/juice]. The stuff tastes amazing and is about 115 proof). Then, after sobering up, I drove over to another friend's party and proceeded to get shitfaced. A successful day all-in-all.
