Texting while walking... Smart idea, lady.... AND she has the gall to sue the mall because they "didn't help her"???



Its sad that people are suehappy nowadays.

This only makes her even more of a moron. If she would have shut-up about it, then no one would have known who she is and forgotten about her within a month.

I think they said on TV that she worked at the mall, so she had no excuse for not knowing it was there.

This lady has to have a sense of humor about herself. She didn't get hurt or anything. She did something dumb which we all do sometimes just laugh it off. Now you look way worse than if you would have just laughed it off.

It's a good thing she was doing that walking through the mall verses driving home from said mall. Imagine the law suit for those that failed to avoid her.

Dumb *****. I hope the judge throws this shit out and forces her to pay for wasting the court's time. I can't fucking stand text messaging and this is just one example that makes me glad I hate it.

Or that she killed.... The majority of students on our campus now walk around texting. Many time oblivious to what is around them. Walking into doors, walls, other people, walking very slowly and amlessly and clogging up the hallways for everyone else, etc. Even including stairs, which I watched someone tumble down earlier this week. Honestly I just don't get the need to be texting and doing anything else, it is not like we all have spidersense ©®™

If she had a sense of humor and tried to make money just appearing on things, I would have a least a modicum of respect for her (everyone tries to get their 15 minutes) - I can respect that more than someone looking for their payout/payoff.



Apparently she was in court for theft a couple days ago, too?



Shuffle her loose the mortal coil and thus cleanse the gene pool.

Turns out she is a POS with outstanding warrant for identity theft, and had numerous other run ins with the law.
