Any serious ereader users here? I have a few, but I've been anxiously waiting for an A4 size or bigger one with write features for almost 10 years, and nobody has yet to make one that isn't locked down(meaning, not just a PDF/epub limitation) or a color tablet that needs to be charged daily. I just wanted an epaper display, so it would get 2+ weeks of battery and read+write capabilities in english. Nothing crazy.
I have a nook and kindle, but only for reading. The nook was my first one, also great for when you want to loiter in Barnes and Nobles. It's not really loitering I guess, since after buying a nook, that is part of the perks. The newer Kindle was an upgrade performance-wise, but still locked down considerably. Also 5 tablets of different sizes and quality, but the eink display is still just such a superior format for reading a lot in one sitting.

So I backed this, hoping it would happen. Its two issues that I can see from the start, only 512MB of ram(in 2016 :smh and all data has to be done through microSD or WiFi. Maybe it accepts USB sync, but for whatever reason the page only states USB charging and that doesn't mean data transfer support in some cases. The ultimate plan it to wall mount this thing as a calendar replacement that can be taken on the go.
