Do you have a problem with stopping, or were you just not drinking because you don't like drinking? If it's the former, no worries, it happens. Just start over. If it's the latter, who cares?

Both parents were alcoholics and I had a slight problem prior to my 8 year sabbatical. I just had a really stressful week and needed a few beers to take the edge off.
