ok gents,

my wife is a minimalist...my kid is getting older...we had shelves that he has completed lego star wars sets sitting on. The wife is pushing for them to disappear. I posted some in classifieds using values from completed ebay sales....dudes are pouncing.

I told the wife I think it may be a mistake as these are retired and may shoot up in value, we saved the boxes and the instructions. Would you sell or hold? Curious to hear what you guys think. For hypothetical, will these have potentially greater value in 10 years?

I also partially think the more Star Wars content is released it may potentially devalue all things star wars?

If its hot, sell it.... that'd be my advice.

Too many bubbles going on right now, if you got value you can turn into cash, do it and hold your cash for the next market crash, then buy crypto or stocks or both when they are severely under valued.

Build some generational wealth for your little guy.

If you don’t want the stuff, and can get something now, sell.

It's anybody's guess, but I would hold. Or sell half (to appease the wife) and keep other ones you think will be in demand. I'm assuming it's original trilogy stuff? If so, I'd definitely hold.

Lego will always have value honestly. If you need the money, sell. If not, hold.

The average lego piece costs between $0.001 and $0.02 to produce. You're welcome.
