Former #Celtics Leon Powe to play on Bulls Summer League team. Could change if he signs with a team before then. #CelticsTalk Twitter

I think he would be a nice addition to the team. Nothing huge, but nice.

The Bulls also have done background on West and restricted free agent Brandon Rush, league sources said. Chicago Tribune

If those are the FA's we landed, I would be pretty happy. Not overly excited, but not mad at all. All can help this team.

Powe would be alright backup big man, but Rush would be a nice addition. The Bulls really need scorers

Powe wouldnt expected to come in and play much, but if he had to he would be a nice addition. Rush scores! And thats what we need in this FA market!

B Rush and West can both score with west able to run the point and Powe would be a nice upgrade over Scalabrine. I hope they all get on the summer league and training camp rosters.

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago Cubs
  1. Chicago Bulls
  2. Golden State Warriors
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
I'm cool with all 3 of them. Powe is a quality end of the bench big man. Injuries have hampered him from being all that he could be (not that it's much better than he is). Brandon Rush is a good pickup imo. Scoring SG with 3pt range, good length, decent defender. I think he could come in and probably take Rip's starting spot from under him.
